The founder of Olive Coffee, Ms. Le Thi Nhu Ly, has dedicated her youth to coffee since 2010. She dreamed of creating a world of better-tasting, superior-quality coffee, ethically produced in a traditional, authentic style, with compassion for people and nature. She fought against vested interests and launched the first truly ethical, producer-owned tea brand in 2010. More than a decade later, united by her vision, she continues the mission with the same unwavering commitment to Quality, Integrity, and Purpose.
In 2026, we reaffirm our commitment to Quality, Integrity, and Purpose that have shaped our lifetime dedication to coffee. We feature an image of our founder and a figure representing the people who have wholeheartedly helped us, symbolizing the belief and determination we have poured into coffee. It also conveys the elements at the heart of our philosophy – respect for Nature, the influence of Nature on Flavor and Quality, the kindness he instilled in the heart of Olive Coffee, and our passion for coffee. It reflects the founder’s love for Buon Ma Thuot and our sincere mission to bring our coffee to the world.
